Patalpinau internetiniuose skelbimų portaluose skelbimą, kad parduodu savo Canon 40D kamerą. Ir vieną penktadienio vakarą gaunu užklausimą iš Andrew Smith (“andrew.00154@ymail.com” andrew.00154@ymail.com), kuris nori ją pirkti. Skelbimą susirado per skelbiu.lt. Atsakau, kad kamerą vis dar turiu ir tuomet iš karto seka antras laiškas pasakojantis, kad perka dovaną draugui iš Moldovos. Po visos gražios istrorijos seka prašymas pateikti visus banko duomenis. Įdomu ir tai, kad nieko manęs neklausia apie kamerą, nei kiek kadrų padaryta, nei kiek laiko ją naudoju…

Kadangi viskas atrodo tik dar įtartiniau, pasiūlau apmokėjimą padaryti pasinaudojant www.paypal.com. Andrew sutinka su mano sąlyga ir atsiunčia adresą kuriuo reikia išsiųsti kamerą. Aš paskaičiuoju kiek papildomai kainuos siuntimas paštu, gaunu patvirtinimą iš jo, kad kaina tinka ir kad jis neužilgo padarys pavedimą.

Sekmadienis. Pasitikrinu elektroninį paštą ir neužilgo gaunu pavedimą patvirtinančius du laiškus iš paypa‘o. Pirmas laiškas visiškai atitinka paypal.com patvirtinimo formą, antras pasirodė toks įdomesnio turinio. Ilgiau ir detaliau paanalizavus, pastebiu, kad siuntėjo vardas sutampa, tik nesutampa elektroninis paštas. Gerai, kad turejau nesenai daryto pavedimo ORIGINALŲJI patvirtinimą ir galėjau sulyginti.

Plius atsidarau paypal.com sąskaitą, jokios informacijos apie pavedimą nerasta. Bandau 1 EUR pervesti nuostabiam klientui, tačiau gaunu žinutę, kad tokiu e-mail’u registruotos sąskaitos nėra. Tuomet jau rašau paypal’o klientų aptarnavimui ir išdėsčiusi situaciją, prašau patvirtinti ar toks pavedimas egzituoja. Atsakymo reikia laukti min. 24 h. Tad išdėsčiusi visą situaciją, parašau Andrew e-mail’ą. Aišku iš jo atsiunčiamas atsakymas pilnas pasipiktinimo, nes ale jo pinigai įšaldyti sąskaitoje, o aš turiu išsiųsti kamerą per 24 h. (to reikalavo ir antras laiškas iš paypal’o). Plius jis man taip pat pasiūlo kreiptis į paypal aptarnavimo centrą J tik reikalauja su siuntiniu nedelsti.

Draugiškas patarėjas pagalvojau, tačiau aš ne tokia ir draugiška. Atsakiau, kad siuntinį išsiųsiu kai gausiu patvirtinimą iš paypal’o clien service.

SVARBI DETALĖ. Vos atėjus pavedimą patvirtinantiems  e-mail’ams, gaunu sms “ar dar turit kamerą?”. Suprask, kad pasitikrink mail, nes pardaviau jau. Atsakiau, kad turiu. Tuomet klausia kokia būklė. Na būklė buvo skelbime aprašyta, o klausimas per daug abstraktus iš susidomėjusio. Tad per daug nebesigilinu ir nieko neatrašau.

Pirmadienio rytą gaunu atsakymą iš paypal client service, kad jokio pavedimo į mano sąskaitą nera, jokių įšaldytų pinigų nėra ir išdėsto paypal’as visas apgavysčių opcijas. Taip pat paprašo gautus patvirtinimus persiųsti jiems. Persiunčiu, tai gavau dar vieną patvirtinimą, kad tai apgavystė.

O tos apgavystės gauti patvirtinimai čia. Pirmo laiško forma neiššisaugojusi, bet info yra visa.
